In December 2024, La Concha Bakery & Coffee celebrated its grand opening in Colorado Springs, rooted in a tradition that began in our family kitchen in Woodland Park in 2023. Co-founders and their team drew from their rich Mexican heritage to bring authentic flavors to the local community.
Our bakery blends traditional Mexican breads with modern dietary needs, offering a diverse menu that includes sourdough, gluten-friendly, and keto-friendly options. Each recipe, from our hearty cakes to European pastries and robust espressos, reflects generations of artisanal craftsmanship adapted for contemporary tastes.
